HP DesignJet 23100ps GP Photo Printer. Property #184364. This is used equipment and it has not been tested. Some parts or pieces my be missing. This equipment has signs of use and wear. The actual working status of individual items in this lot is unknown. These are reported conditions and may have changed since the time of inspection.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Any discrepancy with any item description or vehicle paperwork must be dealt directly with the SELLER listed above and not Lone Star Auctioneers employees. All participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. nor will be held responsible for any errors in descriptions or any failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever. By submitting winning bid(s) on this auction, I acknowledge and accept without recourse that I have purchased the above items at public auction "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. I will not stop payment, dispute or otherwise contest this transaction. Buyer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of deficiencies in antipollution devices of all vehicles. Mileage and hour values are provided by the Seller and are not verified, warranted or guaranteed by Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc.Every buyer must validate mileage and hours for themselves by inspection.

1. Full and complete payment must be received within 3 business days of auction close at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth Office: 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76106.
2. All invoices totaling $10,000.00 or more MUST be paid by wire transfer. (The $25 wire transfer fee will be waived for domestic wire transfers exceeding $10,000.)
3. Checks written to Lone Star Auctioneers will be converted to electronic funds and may be withdrawn from your account the same day we receive your payment. Your check will not be returned from your financial institution.
4. Any bidder(s) who does not pay for his/her online purchases by the deadline shall not be allowed to register or participate in any future auctions conducted by Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. (live, webcast oronline).


  • CASH
    Accepted at Lone Star Auctioneers' Fort Worth office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (DO NOT SEND CASH in the mail.) Please bring exact change if paying by cash, and you must bring a printed COPY OF YOUR INVOICE and YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE.
    An additional fee of $25.00 (Domestic) or $50.00 (International) will be added. This fee will be waived for individual domestic wires of $10,000 or more. There will be no fee waiver for international wire transfers.

    Please contact for wiring instructions. Note: This IS NOT the same as a Bank Direct Deposit of Funds. We do not accept Bank Direct Deposits as a form of payment. (This fee is taxable if you pay sales tax on your invoice).

    Send the following payment types by Priority Mail, Express shipment or hand delivery to: Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc., 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76106-2295. You must include a copy of your invoice with your payment.
    Issued by a U.S. bank and made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers in U.S. Dollars.

Winning bidders will receive an email notification APPROXIMATELY 1 hour after the last lot from that auction has closed letting you know when your invoice has been posted to the MY ACCOUNT section of the website. Please pay from that invoice. If you do not receive this email notification or see an invoice posted online within 24 hours, please contact our office immediately to verify that your email address is correct in the system and that you actually won the item. Important Notice: If you are using an email service provider that has a built-in spam blocker (AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Earthlink, AT&T, SBCGlobal, etc... MOST include this service now-a-days), please make sure you approve emails from both and Otherwise, out bid, invoice and paid receipt notifications may be automatically blocked or put into a deleted / junk / spam folder. It is the bidder's responsibility to contact us regarding their invoice total if it is not received within a 24 hour period. To verify if you are the winning bidder on a lot, log into the MY ACCOUNT section at the top of, click the link that says VIEW YOUR BIDDING HISTORY, then click the "+" (plus sign) link listed as ITEMS IVE WON. It will expand a table that displays all the items you have won in the last 30 to 60 day period.

Buyer should be advised that, contained within the amount bid, is a 12% fee collected by the Texas Facilities Commission.This 12% fee does not increase the amount bid or paid by the buyer.

Sales Tax



Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be collected on all non-titled items unless the items are being purchased for qualified:

  • resale under a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit;
  • farm/agriculture exempt use;
  • timber operations exempt use;
  • research exempt use; or
  • non-profit exempt use.

1.5% will be collected on all off-road, heavy duty, diesel construction equipment unless being purchased for qualified resale under one of the exemptions listed above.

Lone Star Auctioneers will only remove sales tax and off-road surcharges after we have received one of the following forms signed with ALL fields completed correctly:

  • Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate;
  • Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate;
  • Texas Timber Operations Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate;
  • Texas Qualified Research Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate; or
  • Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.

No paid receipts will be issued with sales tax removed until the required information is received in our office by the time of payment.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

NOTE: “A retailer is not required to accept an exemption certificate. If a retailer does not accept an exemption certificate, the purchaser can request a refund of the tax paid directly from the Comptroller if the retailer gives the purchaser an Assignment of Right to Refund.”

All items MUST be removed by the last day and time authorized within the auction listing, no exceptions. Items awarded and purchased may not be sold or auctioned by a winning bidder on State of Texas Property. REMOVAL IS THE WINNING BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY. NO ASSISTANCE, SHIPPING, or PACKING SERVICES will be available from the seller for the removal or transportation of items won. If the items purchased are not removed by the deadline advertised, the buyer will forfeit all monies paid and property ownership reverts to the State of Texas with no recourse.  If someone other than the winning bidder needs to pick up the items won, an email MUST be sent from the email address listed on file with Lone Star Auctioneers and should be sent to prior to removal. The email MUST include the name of the seller listed on the paid receipt, location, lot number, and the first and last name of the person who will be picking up. This email will serve as the buyers official release authorization and the person picking up will be required to present a valid GOVERNMENT ISSUED picture identification card before anything can be removed.

Title Paperwork:
All titles will be issued in the buyers name EXACTLY as the name appears on the winning bidder’s online Lone Star account, and paid receipt, at the time of auction close. If a company name is provided on the buyer’s receipt, title will be issued in the name of the company. Prior to bidding please contact Lone Star Auctioneers to verify account information. Updating your online account information AFTER bidding will not update your title paperwork information. All title paperwork will be mailed to the shipping address listed on the paid receipt. Changes to title paperwork WILL NOT be allowed. The seller, not the Texas Facilities Commission, will complete and mail all title paperwork directly to the buyer. Title mailing changes must be approved by the Texas Facilities Commission. An official request MUST be sent from the email address listed on file with Lone Star Auctioneers and must be sent to before the auction close date. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE AUTHORIZED.

Auction Terms

Anti Sniping / Dynamic Closing:
Eachauction item is scheduled to end at a specific time. However, allLoneStarOnline auctions use an AUTO EXTEND / DYNAMIC CLOSING feature. Thus,bidding will still remain open on any item that receives a bid within the last5 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. Time extensions are added in 5minute intervals to the original auction closing time and to each extension’sclosing time when a bid is placed. For example: if an item is scheduled toclose at 10:00am, and a bid is placed between 9:55am to 10:00am, the closingtime will be extended by 5 minutes until 10:05am. If a bid is placed withinthat 5 minute interval, then bidding the closing time will extend until10:10am, etc… Once a 5 minute extension interval has passed without any bids,the auction for the item will close, and the lot will show as COMPLETED in redletters. This means that bids are no longer accepted, and the username showingis the winning bidder. To make sure you see all other bids placed, click the“Refresh” button on your web browser frequently before that item closes andduring any extension periods. Your screen may not “auto-refresh,” and you maynot see bids placed after yours if you don’t manually refresh.
